Enjoy a meal by chef Brian Gebhard with poet and musician Spencer Aubrey. Limited to 25 guests, this seated dinner features multiple courses and includes wine.
Brian Gebhard
Brian Gebhard is a Winston-Salem-based chef. After working in numerous Asheville, NC restaurants, Brian returned to Winston Salem in 2017, where he developed a passion for Japanese cuisine and a knack for creative menu writing, catering private tastings, and holding multi-course dinner pop-ups. Beginning with a love for ramen and yakitori, and progression through experimentation, research, and travel, Brian loves to combine Japanese techniques and flavors with local, southern ingredients.
Spencer Aubrey
Spencer "p.s. edekot" Aubrey is a creative connector. He was born in Arizona and obtained his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his Master of Arts in Poetry from Wilkes University. He traveled to North Carolina in the summer of 2019 and chose to take up residence in the South in the months that followed. Spencer spends his waking hours as a DJ, freelance poet, singer/songwriter, curator, and Community Manager at The CMPND, always pursuing depth and authenticity in his faith and with his friends and family.
