Join us in an exploration of art and sound with the eighth installment of NIGHT MOODS featuring FLLZ.
FLLZ (pronounced FEELS) is an experimental audio/visual collaboration between North Carolina artists Lo ARC and Tectonic Timbre. Part foley art, part manic programming, and part composition theory, Zac Trainor and T.J. Webb both write and program their way to new sonic realms, creating atmospheres and beatscapes that breathe and evolve.
Being visual artists as well, FLLZ works to interweave sound and art through video, art installation, or performance. As two of the founding members at CRIFT Records, their electronic and avant garde style embodies the label's mission to always be Creating Records In Fearful Times.
Night Moods
NCMA Winston-Salem is proud to present NIGHT MOODS, a nocturnal concert series exploring the electronic and hypnotic at the historic Hanes House on NCMA Winston-Salem's Grounds.
NIGHT MOODS explores the interplay of electronic music, technology and digital art while juxtaposing the stately environment of the Hanes House with cutting edge sounds and visuals. Series alumni include Body Games, Sengoko, Marley Carroll, Treee City, Marteka Fair, DFA (Dance From Above), and KKBB.
