The afternoon begins with a keynote presentation exploring the art of collecting\, followed by an opportunity to view the auctions\, connect with specialists\, and experience the works firsthand. This event features works from Leland Little’s upcoming Modern and Contemporary Art and Prints and Photographs auctions\, with each work on view and available for bidding. \nComplimentary wine and light refreshments will be served. Registration opens soon.\n \nHear from Erin Canady and Kimberly English\, working artists featured in NCMA Winston-Salem Downtown’s second group exhibition Process as Practice: Three Artists from Western NC\, as they discuss the ideas\, materials\, and processes behind their artistic practices.\nEnglish and Canady will discuss how thread\, water\, graphite\, and other materials shape their creative work\, from the ways individual parts come together to the marks and traces left by time.
