Registration opens soon\nJoin artist Leah Smith for an intimate\, artist-led exploration of Process as Practice: Three Artists from Western North Carolina.\n  \nDuring this informal gallery tour\, Leah will share insights into her work\, materials\, and creative process. Following the tour\, participants will put some of these ideas into practice through a collaborative activity inspired by Leah’s approach to making. Working together on a large-scale drawing\, participants will experiment with mark-making and negative space to build and transform an original composition. \nThis hands-on experience offers an opportunity to look closely\, ask questions\, and see what happens when individual marks and ideas come together. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n Share: \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n	\n\n\n\n\n\nArtist Tour with Leah Smith is generously supported by Leland Little. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n Related Posts	\n\n	\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n\n	\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n Artist Leah Smith Explores Connections Between Nature\, Material\, and Human Thought \n\n \n The Canton\, NC-based artist approaches her work intuitively and without a singular message in mind.
