Overview
Unwind and socialize at Park Hangs, an outdoor concert series at Bailey Park
Enjoy live music by Them Pants from 6:00–8:00 pm. Food truck service begins at 5:00 pm.
A quartet of musicians in a handful of bands across the state, Them Pants first cranked up in the basement of Krankies in Winston-Salem. The group consists of guitarist Rick Randall (Hot Goat, Alternative Champs), drummer Brooks Carter (Jackonuts, Bandway), bassist Andy Mabe (the Maybyrds, Red Lipstick Society, Finks!, and many others), and guitarist Sanders Trippe (Rebar, All Night, Vetiver).
“I love songs that have the perfect balance of [messed] up-edness and catchiness. Songs that don’t break a single rule are boring, but … the song has to work in the end. It’s a very complicated riddle that takes a lot of time to figure out.” — Rick Randall
