Member Night: Process as Practice

Members or those interested in membership are welcome!

Wind down on Wednesday night and hang with fellow members and friends during evening hours at NCMA Winston-Salem Downtown. The exhibition Process as Practice: Three Artists from Western NC will be on view and attendees can create texture-rich art inspired by the exhibition.

With guidance from guest artist Gretchen Siebert and inspiration from the work of exhibiting artists Erin Canady and Leah Smith, explore the fundamentals of masking in art and the use of alternative pigments, such as coffee grounds and turmeric, and build striking textures and reimagine traditional mediums.

Members are welcome to bring guests with them. Registration is not required; simply bring your member card or check in at the desk. New members are welcome to join during the event.
